Reservation was accepted for a period of first 10 years of constituent democratic rule. Perinial extension and expansion of it has been critisised by all, except the politicians. It could have been promoted by "Foreign Hand" to ensure that our country looses the acadamic advantage in international arena.
Already premier institutions are facing difficulty in getting proper staff to teach. Soon they will loose the premier status.
