I presume you do not belong to a city. If you live in a village, please go to nearest government school. The building is not there, half the classes are in open, no blackboards, chalks, mats (forget furniture). Further more you should count yourself lucky if you find a teacher there.
Are you aware that same government, same prime minister and same minister is responsible for this state of affairs. What have they done to change it.
They are aware that few hundred seats in IIMs, IITs and other institutions will not make an impact on condition of OBCs. Despite this they have gone ahead.
