People whoever designed this policy of quota, have forgotten that india is democratic country. Moreover, when history shows that because of one or the other issue implemented with such a narrow scope always head some heads rising against it at some point of time. Moreover, why and how a caste based policy can sustain in a multiferous society such as in India just the fate other policies faced.
