I thought they are privileged class-The guy generally would have been nominated to Rajyasbha and given home mistry. Kashmir gets all for privileges for eliminating a whole section of people. The terrorist separtists have special conferences with PM etc. What is hapening-is there some compensationpaid to the teorrist family?
