Parliameatary discussion on Office of profit
by sbhujanga on Mar 30, 2006 04:29 PM

Each and every Parliamentarian or Legistlator by the virtue of electoral power automatically has been enjoying office of profit.Because once after getting elected with powess of his political teeth grows his family and personal income with out paying tax for large portion of acquired property.
Why far more legislation? A costly discussion on such matters just to serve the political ambitions of most contraversial personalities serve no public purpose.
When will our politicians rise to the occation and prove that they belong to real POLITY.
Is politics the TACTICS for POLITY or TACTICS of MUDSLINGING TACTICS?
It is high time that our politicians should exhibit their maturity.
Mutual understanding on matters of common coverages is no good for the country. If farce acts continue it not a wonder if JPC is miscontruded as joint protection council.
Let us shun such attitudes and behave as real demiocrats true to it in terms of governance but not for only holding the power and office of profits.
