Top Priority Wipe out terrorism - Part 1

It is hard to believe that the Indian security officials are not aware of the terrorist networks and cells, the local supporters of these cells and networks, and their sources of funds. But it is not hard to believe that certain state governments, which loudly swear by secularism as one of their main policy planks, turn a blind eye to terrorist activities in the minority community for fear of losing political influence. These governments have at best attempted to solve these situations by appeasing the minority community with special treatment in educational institutions, places of work and even in the armed forces. Apparently, a small number of people among the minority population, who are motivated by hatred and ill will for India, are exploiting this misplaced sense of fairness to destabilize India and destroy its social fabric. It is not surprising that they are deriving considerable inspiration from across the countrys Western border.(Continued in Part 2)
