this has reference to addressal to mr. Black !! all the guys called him Sir or. mr. Black !! this mr. Black never responded with mr. or Sir, instead with name !! why are we still obssessed with whites and call Sir or Mr. and not dear Black....... am sure most of IT guys will agree, whwreas rest of Indian brothers still wonder how this is possible ?? come on guys.....be Americanised in all ways and not only in Pizzas and Macs....else keep on eating dosas, which are healthier.... do comment. regards to you all Sirs and Mr....
