Here goes another of the LTTE political stunts to fool the international community. True to their nature, LTTE has once again tried to project itself the victim and involve international community. LTTE has done this time and again to buy time to build its strength, and using it to perpetrate crimes.
India should not take the bait and insist that LTTE join the poilitical discussion. By siding LTTE, a declared Militant outfit in many countries including India, India should not be seen as a state that supports terror organizations and hurt its own intrests.
At the same time India should not do anything to adversely affect SriLankan unity and sovereignty. The only way and the Right path would be to insist LTTE to shun killings and voilence and re-join the negotiations with SriLankan govt.
