Hello Claude, coming to Sweden I am used to being on firstt name terms. Anyways, It was a wonderful article. I really liked it very much. May be its true and I agree with NINE of your TEN disappointments. The 10th too I agree but after I came to Sweden, I realised that Indians are nothing when it comes to go on a holiday. Now picture this, the swedes have official holidays of around 2 months every year, that is seven weeks in summer and two weeks during christmas. That leaves only ten monthss for them to work with. In these ten months, they can take their vacation or what we <indians> call casual leave for 30 days, that leaves nine months. In the nine months, there are ample long weekends and half red days, and you can go on leave if your wife is pregnant, and she gets vacations of her own. and this vacation can be upto six months, and one and half year for every child one has, till the time the child becomes 18. Effectually, it means if one has six children, he or she can get paid from the State for ten years without having to work. Hows that for a difference? But hey, congratulations for such a nice article, I really liked reading it.
