The points are excellent. You have observed a lot of things. I think it is not discrimination against skin color or something. By looking at a white man here in India people knows that he/she is a foreigner and they knew that they are rich and foreigners don't know the local price or rates. That is why they try to charge more. This is a kind of cheating; these people wouldn't care about India's image. Normally many people would try to be nice with foreigners unlike in Paris. I had horrible experiences in Paris people are arrogant over there; so far I didnt see this behavior anywhere else.
Traffic, it is intrusting in India, I think with the available infrastructure and the number of vehicles on the road, if you follow traffic rules you might not reach your destination any time soon.
I feel corruption will be in place in India as long as there are people (illiterate) who sell they vote for a bottle of liquor and money and give they vote based on the caste of the candidate who stood in the election.
