By looking at a white man here in India people knows that he/she is a foreigner and they knew that they are rich and foreigners don't know the local price or rates. Traffic, it is intrusting in India, I think with the available infrastructure and the number of vehicles on the road, if you follow traffic rules you might not reach your destination any time soon.
