I fully agree with the author. just today morning i was thinking that our delhi chief minister wants to copy the traffic flow & parking fee structure same as Singapore, but these are only ways to get the money from public. there are other good things of Singapore which should be copied first, such as cleanliness, there is no water blockage during rains, no power cuts, public conveyance is excellent. they should 1st concentrate on that rather then thinking on how to extract public money.
