I agree with u on the fact that India has many things - not only 10 things - which need to be improved. But i think the worst of it is the fact there are no infrastructure in our country to improve and those which are available r not utilised or misutilised. The root of hte cause acc. to me is CORRUPTION. Even the some persons who r on the top of the govt. or bureaucracy hierarchy, who r supposed to be stopping these corruptions, r themselves corrupt. Then the poor people or the middle class cannot survive from being corrupt. I feel the points raised by u r fully correct.
