Dear Sir, I dont know the person who has written this article but my comment is that before writing any thing on any place of world first mention briefly how you are attached to that place i.e. by birth, by stay (how long), by education, by family etc etc etc. I agree on what you have commented but first one should try to know why this is happening. Is goveronment not aware of this? Tryto understand basic mentality of person i.e. history, culture, family values etc. Just compare these things to the rest of world. Some times people says these things are useless but if we think in another differeny way why people of India is doing such things?then probably some one can realised. See the recent history after independence improvement in people's way of thinking is changed, I would say its degrading but why?Probably comparison with we western world???Of course India made a her unique place among the world and I know every body has to walk according to time. Its a great achivement but again I would say the 10 things which mentioned here are not approprite and based on that some one can not hate India.
