Where is my bus to Kashmir?
by vishvaksenah on Jun 21, 2006 02:48 PM

A poignant article !

Nobody cares for the plight of these innocent refugees- the reason being they are Hindus.
In Marad- a coastal village in Kerala, some wicked men attacked stealthily the Hindu fishermen who were relaxing in the evening. Seven or eight Hindus were killed.
There was naturally a reaction from the Hindus.

The Muslim families had to run away and take refuge in the schools.
There was a hue and cry from all the intellectuals and politicians - NOT against the brutal murder of Hindu fishermen- but against the displacement of the Muslim families. After few months all the Muslims returned to their homes and life goes on normal.

But in Srinagar....it is different. After all the displaced people are Hindus.

Beloved Bapuji once told:

-To resist Muslim atrocities by Hindus using violence and intimation is tantamount to fratricide. Even if Hindus had died to a man, it would have been deliverance of Hinduism and Islam would have been purified in this land.

I presume the Government of India is acting true to the words of the Father of present day India.

I compliment the author for using the word 'Kashmiri Hindus' instead of the commonly used term- 'Kashmir Pandits'.
