Despite all these reservation policies, if there is a beleif still that Dalits have not benefited, let them not get that benefit.
Infact, the forward community is the one that needs reservation now. They score 95 - 97 % in the exams and still they dont get medical or engineering seats because of the other communities.
The other communities, SC, ST, OBC or Dalits, get seat even if they score 50% or 60% or probably even less than that. How do you expect quality if seats are lavishly alloted to these people? If they take atleast 80 or 85% and the seats are alloted it is absolutely fine. But it is not done in that way.
Actually these communities, they take the share of Forward Communities too in the general quota. Which is something to be avoided. If the Govt. have a quota for the other communities, they shouldnt participate in General quota.
This demotivates and demoralises the forward communities and that is the precise reason why they try to get a job overseas and settle there and doesnt like to come back to our country.
We dont actually encourage who perform well in exams..instead we bring reservation and uplift those who donot deserve.
