Great Mr.Gopinath. Can you just tell ua how & why currently most of the doctors and engineers in higher institutions are upper caste. You are once again towing the "merit" bogie. Tell me how a dalit whose 10 generations have not been allowed to study by upper caste can get the same level of understanding and "merit"as a Brahmin whose entire family is enginner/doctors for the last several generation. is that what you call a level playing feild? And what about capitation fees. Where is the "merit " in those?
