The original plan for the reservation was only for 10 years. However, when we think of giving further quota, it should be for economically poor section among the Dalits. The creamy layer in all sections should not be given any quota but on merit basis only. There are very rich people among so called poor section of the society. Even there are very poor people in the forward caste people.
From the very beginning the Central Govt failed to give compulsory education upto 10th std to all its citizens. So much money is wasted on projects and indirectly cased by corrupted politicians. All the facilites given to the poor section of society were gathered by crooked and wicked politicians. For example, the rule of Lalu Yadav in Bihar for 15 years was a complete failure and the people of Bihar could not receive any benefits. We do not have strong central leadership. Many of the politicians from all parties want power by hook or crook that is all. Unless vast corruption is arrested our country cannot surge further to reach the goals.
