OBC Should throw away crutches

This articles from Prof.M.S.Gopinathan is extra ordinary and an eye opener to all.
I fully agree with his view. As stated in the article, If you are socially disadvantaged, you must strive to overcome that disadvantage and the only way to do that is to educate yourself and your children. Ask for good schools, good teachers and scholarships. But all knows what is happening in the school!!! Reservation is also there and talented teachers if they are from forward classes are denied the job as a teacher.
Then how we can improve and get good education? It is learnt that in the school teachers do not know the subject well. Thanks to the reservation policy there too!!!
So, finally it should start from the school level where the basic education is given. Do not have reservation policy there. If we have then you cannot have talented indian child.
