A Thought provoking Article from an Itellect, who forced his way up through Sheer Hard work...Kudos I Respect This Intellect. The Politicians....have created a "MENTALLY BACKWARD CLASS"... Why not the HRD Minister....make sure to provide Basic education..as per constituition...if he says he is doing this reservation to comply with constituition... He wont...because...if the mass is an "EDUCATED MASS".. the politicians wont survive...... Because the Mass will start Questioning... all they want is to have a "MENTALLY BACKWARD" class...
