Mr Kondapillai's is quite well justified , in noticing the various issues as reflected in countries like Japan , Korea, China or Singapore and Thailand ,who wish to be assured that their life and trade are not threatened by major militaries likes of China or Japan ( potentially),Naturally, India as one who is a big centre of population and Defence Weapon Importer largely fron old Russian War-Machines .and lately from US and Japan as well.. in last decade must show itself as no paper Giant but a reasonable Ballast to gyrations of the Military Dragon -Chinese ambitions of dominating the High -Seas by scaling exponentially its missiles and submarine-launched Nukes ove the last Decade..Unfortunately, Indians have to augment by Defence research and indigenous initiatives the Blue -Waters Navy and missile launchers with Nuclear Weapons , if we are not be confirmed as mere windbags than as statesmen of substance by our expectant neighbours!
