In India, when the common man commits an offence, knowingly or unknowingly, he is punished as per the law.
If the law makers commit offences,
1. Give them some simple punishment (Example: MP's bribery for questions case) 2. Award them with better opportunity to commit more fraud (Example: MPs' constitution development) 3. Change the law itself to exempt the offence (Example: MPs' office of profit case)
