Our constitution needs to be changed. A legislation once rejected should not be allowed to be sent to the President. President should have the right to dissolve the house, impose emergency, arrest all these criminals hiding under the parliament house. These crminals are trying to impose a law on entire nation against the very spirit of our constitution. Why didn\'t our constitution give this power to the president? On one hand our nation is run in the name of the president, on the other hand he has to bow to these rascals\' evil desires.
