On Wednesday, after it started raining in the evening at around 6:20 PM I had a terrible time getting back home. Central Railway with its hopeless managment especially V.K. Kaul - General Manager and Mr. R. S. Virdi - Divisional Manager Railways CST have left commuters tempers riding high because all slow trains on the Central and harbour Line came to a Grinding halt because of some Technical fault at Kurla station which was not rectified for more than 3 hrs. Moreso, these two gentleman have no regard whatsoever to the grievances of Commuters inspite of writing to them. Parel was flooded with Knee deep water and it was a harrowing experience to reach home. I wonder what the BMS has done and what your so called Disaster Management is all about.
