Yeah yeah...I hope even the most illeterate or remote located person in India could have atleast a minimum idea about all this bla..bla..bla....What matters is what people up there people whose decisions matter and people who can influence this by any means are thinking/doing???? On that note I would have really liked to see what he has done/what is supposed to be done and what problems he encountered while he was the IB director.
