Day dreamers!
by Ruxak on Jul 31, 2006 02:39 PM

A 'so-called' journalist/columnist is one who either writes with an `agenda' to push his philosophy, his ideals or his ideas down peoples' throats OR someone who is given to sensational reporting to increase readership however stupid that is. A real journalist/columnist is one who is highlighting A TRUTH either to bring facts before the people that they were unaware of like the phone tapping incidents or Watergate or talks fearlessly against a dictator at great risk to his own life and property and family.

We all know that India/US had a nuclear deal on July 16, 2005. Mr. Bush took it back to his democratic country and the discussion is still under way. Mr. Manmohan Singh has reiterated several times that he does not intend to sign anything that has lost the essence of this July 18th deal.

So why do some day dreamer writers imagine that they can convince India that we have signed a new deal with the US. The logically flow would be the final US offer and how India reacts to it. Definitely we can make our views known if what the writer has remotely suggested comes to pass - not before. Until then, wy do we not believe our PM when he says that he will not sign a different deal?
