What exactly does 'minority institutions' mean? Does it mean that Muslim, Christian, Parsee, Jewish, Sikhs and such institutions are exempt from quotas, but only Hindu Institutions are not? The Hindu community in this balkanized land must unite and demand a definite unambiguous answer from govt, now, before the Quota Bill can become law!
