The author has out the whole issue in a new prespective. Instead of totaly decrying the reservation policy, he has given logical and implementable suggestions. I believe that his belief in the Student class is rightly placed and that they would be willing to take the extra burden for the benefit if future genrations. I especially liked his suggestion on playing nf the minds of the reserved class and coaxing them to come out of their shell.
