Just when I think of dumping rediff as my favorite portal; there comes always a thought provoking, scholastic and in the truest sense an intellectual 'column' that reignites my belief in rediff. I hope this is not the end of Professor Pradeep's article. These are the neurons that got to be deciding the policies of free independent India - this is what is different from the developed world where policy makers more often than not are the cronies of Mirakuma, paswan, Shabuddin, Mulayam , Arjun, karunanidhi of the world.
