I have been in Mumbai for more than a decade. The name Milan sub-way (MSW) becomes very active on the onslaught of Mumbai monsoon. If it is a drisil, down pour, MSW is full and all the media flashes MSW with other places as flooded (one of my friend aptly said, if somebody pissess also it get flooded !!!!). So can we call it as Milan Water-way ?. Why the Govt. is not been able to overcome the water logging problem at MSW ?
