good but ..

Mr Shenoy,

I read you articles on a regular basis and have agreed on more than one point with you. What I do not agree upon is the fact that we make issues out of small statements from completely useless public persons. When we do this we indirectly make what they say important and let it affect us. Media as you may know is a powerful tool. We can use it for generating the same emotion of complete disregard to such pathetic statements but in the process highlight the fact that there are people who do good in all this chaos and that would help the young/old readers get more insight to the real issues we face. India is not looking for an identity in the new world. We have one. We want to be up with every so called developed nation and by giving any media attention to such Imams and any politician who has the IQ of a wooden block we just bring our image down a notch. We have enough great people to cite in our society. So it is my request that in you articles there be a more positives about us because we have winners and leaders, but by citing such irrelevant people (who are many in our country) we lose sight of what our country is and was and can be.
Regards,
Reader
