English Media & Child's Rescue Drama
by Yashendra on Jul 23, 2006 09:16 PM

Hello,

I was interesting to observe stark contrast between English Media ( TV News Channels) & their Hindi counterparts. While the Hindi Channels were continuously beaming Live visuals from the scene and seemed to be completely involved, the English Tv channels were simply not. They occasionally showed live feeds and mentioned the news in between other things, including a program on Flammingoes.

I am not saying who is right and who is wrong, but the difference is clear between India & Bharat.
Are their two nations in one country ? One is English speaking and have purchasing power for conspicuous consumptions while the other which is emotional & speak Indian language is insignificant for the advertisers who promote westernised materialistic culture to boost the market of their
products..... Emotion & ethics has no place in business.
