If JP Singh's daughter, or if he does not have one, then a niece, had met a similar fate, how would he have reacted? Perhaps he would have exacted a personal vengeance in custody had the accused been apprehended outside his jurisdiction, using his networking. He has obviously used his networking here to get his son off.
If Santosh Kumar Singh is 30 now, it seems apparent that he is married by now. What kind of a family married their daughter to such a man? If they claim / feign ignorance, what's their reaction now? Will they say that he is innocent as he could not be proved guilty?
