animals for ethical treatment of people?
by Arun on Jul 21, 2006 11:44 AM

Bears are not item numbers eh? But people can be? What will madaris who eat and feed their families do if they are disallowed to use Bears to get them business? What about a 'People for ethical treatment of PEOPLE' first?

I want to ask the people at Peta if they are worried about the deaths of thousands of cockroaches everyday. Or if they don't feel pain when entire families of tomatoes or spinach are uprooted to feed humans. What about the indiscriminate killing of viruses and germs using drugs and hand sanitizers??
Please... Can we bother about people first?
If we go on thinking abt bears and chicken first we might have an elite class of animals that will start an Animals for Ethical Treatment of People soon enough. At that point I will argue that they must think of animals first.
