I think whats more important is Action and Commitment needed from Government of India. If someone steals from an unlocked house, it is not the thief but the owner of the house who left it unlocked, that is to be blamed. The Sept 11 attacks in the US happened 5 years ago. Nothing since then. Not because Al-Qaeda is not trying, but because the US has not given them the chance. We cant blame Pakistan. We have ourselves to blame.
