Nuclear Deal
by PREMPRASAD on Jul 15, 2006 07:19 AM

Sir,

Shyam Sarans admission that the nuclear bill that currently being debated by the American Congree may certain unpalatable statements is worrying. Even more worrying is his belief that that even if the original agreement is modified and ratified by the congress, what would be America\'s interpretation of the the legislation? Will they honour the still agreement if we do not conform to the new clauses introduced by the Congress? How does the government plan to exit the deal if things go wrong?
