The real answer is the feeling in a muslim that any muslim living in any part of the world is himself and therefore overreacts for certain omision and commition of a few other community person like the cartoon drawn elsewhere in the world the local India n Muslim feels that his faith is destroyed by an Indian and hence goes for violance. When once this mind set is removed all muslims can stay happily anywhere in the world. There is a common ground in front of a few houses. Early morning two or three very elderly people assemble there and practice the RSS Drill. Only the muslim neighbour feels he and she are offended by these old people's action. Other Hindus/Christians living inthe area either just ignore or take as an exercise. My friend can ponder over this aspect.
