Why the common Muslim is scared???

Although we call our country as democratic but the impartial justice is quentionable. This is basically due corruption and ignorance about the law and personal responsibilities on the part of our Justice System vis a vis Police Department.
It is easier for the people to recognize and Blackmail Muslims than to understand Islam and values of a Demoracy.
In this context all encounters are nothing but officially sanctioned murders under whatever circumstances because the power of execution is vested only with the Court of Law hence not only cognizable crimes but also unconstitutional. Accordingly all police officers involved in these crimes need to be punished by the Courts of Law with the required provisions of the law. After all this is the biggest act of officially sponsored terrorism in a democrtic country called INDIA.
