In my opinion, our leaders will act only when they themslves will be the sufferers of such tragedies. They would have certainly acted, if (un)fortunately attack of Parliament had suceeded and taken a big toll of such "Reformative leadres". This problem then have been dealt they way a common man feels and thinks
