Mr. Gaurav Parab, I completely agree with you on all you points.
I myslef was stuck on tuesday and had to travel all night to reach my home. People of all languages and religions were offering all kind of help to fellow Mumbaikars. We were offered water, snacks, food, Tea, etc. all along our bus travel.
When stuck, I watched a news channel and was dumbstruck by the way the reporter asked question to a cop. His first question was - "Saab, Yahan kya hua hai?" Needless to say, the entire audience erupted in sarcastic luaghter.
Similarly, during the heavy rains a reporter on a channel had the guts of asking a man, who was making his way with difficulty, thru knee deep water - Abhi aap ghar kaise jayenge? Naturally, the person too responded with similar lack of common sense - Abhi ek car ayega aur main us me baithke ghar jaoonga.
Clearly, these reporters are not only insensitive but are dumb and lack common sense.
