Enough Is Enough
by Aditya Sharma on Jul 12, 2006 06:29 PM

Sai, I completely agree with you and I am glad that we still have some people left in India who think like you.....sadly we do not have them in the political arena where it matters the most. I was watching CNN yesterday where our honorable Prime Minister's speech was being read out. Immediately after the speech was read out the girl at the news desk asked a political advisor " How can Indians remain calm and at peace as advised by Mr. Manmohan Singh?" Imagine this is how a news correspondent staying in America thought about the whole thing. Whereas I know a lot of my friends in Delhi who told me that how does it really matter it did not happen in Delhi. So I guess Sai we cant really blame the politicians. After all they are human-beings like us. It is the thinking of the so called common man on the streets that needs to be changed. Almost 80% people in our country stay with their parents till about 18-20 and do not go to a boarding school. I never did a part time job when I was in school. The facts that I have mentioned are very relevant as it leads to one conclusion and i.e. as a society we are soft, lazy and that is the reason why we allow a handful of people to destroy India.
