Pakistan Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri's statement that incidents like the Mumbai bomb blasts were linked to non-resolution of disputes between India and Pakistan speaks of his political mmaturity. Is Mr. Kasuri entertaining thoughts that India's safety is entirely in the hands of Pakistan's "benevolence"? It is amusing to read such remarks from a Foreign Minister.
