Hi.Appreciate your well written article. yes terror is here to stay. you have serial blasts in NE and J&K as well. Masterminds exist every where. They have a policy control over the activities and it the policy is well documented and controlled and used to maximum extent. now having appreciated the terror sector, I would like to ask as an honest tax payer, as to what is the country's governance doing about creating and drafting a comprehensive anti terror policy. just by creating TADA and POTA acts, you cant reduce or arrest terror, just arrest a suspect or so. that isnt enough. you need to hunt down the management and executors of the various terror companies or organizations. strike fear in there heart and soul. remember black September. it works. Mumbai back in action can also be attributed to a care a damn or insensitive attitude towards human loss. this is what the terror sector takes advantage, we never bray for the blood of these scoundrels. we accept there acts as it comes. a pathetic excuse of existence. a million strong army, and a 2 million strong Para military, if are strengthened by a policy which allows execution of anti terror campaigns, we would have a better India
