Not just AIIMS, but the entire nation has been wounded by this totalitarian Communist UPA regime. True, politicians of all stripes in this stinking fetid nation feel that once elected, they become all powerful, all-controlling petty tyrants, with the right to stick their noses into everything from cricket to unviversity heads, but the UPA has outdone them all in their meddling and attempt at total control. No wonder everything in this poverty-stricken land of filth and squalor is so primitive, mediocre and underdeveloped, and expected to get even worse under this present Communist UPA regime.
