Bhiwandi Clashes.
by Dhananjay on Jul 06, 2006 04:29 PM

Here people clashing with Police shows no respect for Law. It means either they have no belief in it or they are made to think so by the ciscuimstances.
Before taking law in their hand did they try other peaceful ways?

Killing Cops is no way acceptable as it reflects the frustration and weakness of the group to resolve the issue in accordance with the laws of the land.

According the news, the land was given to Police in 1920 for the purpose they want to use it now. Then the claim by the group is totally illegal. I guess the mob was driven by some ill-motivation to draw an attention of Govt. to the issue at any cost...even at the cost of lives of Law enforcement agency people.....

The issue should be dealt with sensitivity by bringing the group leaders and administration in together within legal boundaries. And if not possible at the present site, the group should be given the space at some other place.
