I am thinking no doubt the terrorists are made, though they are not born. Situations like this, do tempt someone to take to guns when his surrounding is disturbed by a a filthy dirt. This is what has happened in case of AIIMS issue. We people of India, if we want to live our life, then come to streets and get rid of this government. Create an example for other govts. to follow or else, you will be doomed!
