Unnecessary Controversy
by Aj on Jul 05, 2006 04:59 PM

This is a really unnecessary controvery. This has been an age old tradition and it has to be that way. This lady Jaymala is trying to get some free publicity using this issue.
Regarding "Aren't women human beings" They certainly are. Kerala is a state where women are treated with great respect. The women of Kerala have been ok with this traidition and have not been complaining.

It is these feminists who are creating all these controversies. Just by changing this tradition and allowing women to visit Sabarimala is not going to solve all of women's probelms.
There are other pressing problems of women which they need to focus on.
