I really cannot believe how foolish people can act in the name of GOD and religious sentiments. Wake up guys. Spend your energies doing something worthwhile for your nation or for poor people rather than standing in a rally with flags and marching with slogans about why a woman under the age of 50 entered some temple. The most literate state can produce so many fanatics is unbelievable. And all this bullshit poses serious doubts about India becoming a superpower etc. etc.
Well, just for a moment, take a pause and think about this. How would it matter to India or how would it benefit India if you raised a hue & cry about a woman who claims to enter some temple ?
Oh, it may be a publicity gimmick after all. But the fact that so many men are against a woman entering a temple is beyond belief. So you talk about age old traditions. There are so many age old traditions which were totally wrong and were devised to make sure that women must be supressed . Take for example "Sati". So, all those who advocate age old traditions should make sure that women in their community burn on a pyre after their husband's death. Is anybody here so courageous to follow this "age old traditions"?
