It is unfortunate that all the arguments far and against the entry of women into the sabarimal temple are based on wrong and bseless notions and totally irrelevant points and angles.they are beside the points . some claim tha lord Ayyappa himself has set the rules .Others ague tha it is tradition deserving obedience without question etc , etc. Nobod seem to care whether it is according to vedic ritual rites(Agamas) and whther it is legal , constitutional or discriminatory . and what really is the need for the ban , whther lord Ayyappa is against women- a hater of woman etc etc. When females below the age of 10 and above he age of 50 are allowed , only women in the age group 10 to 50 are barred. Appaantly , it is prima facie , discriminatory. It has no religiou sanciton. Every hindu has theright to question the ban if it is wrong .
