it will be a folly and waste of public funds .It should be the responsibility of the government to ensure that wastae o public money on patently unnecessary ceremonies are avoided on grounds that are unconstitutional and insulting to the very religion in the name of which it is sought ot be done. the very idea of filing a case is also is anot a sensible thing . since the case is not that the woman concerned entered the temple secretly in the night without anybody's kowledge and in disquise. One could never have been able to go upto te sannithanam without anybody's knowledge4 and te temple presmisses is not without gaurds or othre seanrs and the priest . e woman concerned would have te right to claim a heavy damage against he government and the Dewaswam board and can even get the very ban totally removed legally , as it is unconsitutional and not agamic and the ban being on hygeine , nothing prevents them from claiming the right of entry on the strength of a medical certificate that they are NOT IN PERIOD.Better drop the issue and erect Boards politely notifying that women of the age group 10 to 50 are not allowed entry on grounds of hygeine and public health.
