Mumbai has experienced heavy rains last year too. The B.M.C.had promise to take mumbai out of these problems viz. waterlogging, clogging of drainage systems, bad roads etc. But sir, history has repeated itself. I live in Colaba am a college student and my younger brother is in IX std of S.S.C.board, so I would like to ask you whether schools and colleges will be closed tomorrow also? sir please reply soon.
